CLUES TO THE LETTERBOX

Standing at the door to the lighthouse, look over the dunes in the direction of the Provincetown Tower. Dune walk toward the tower until you reach the highest dune along the lighthouse tower line of sight.  From this location you can see a higher dune on a bearing of 60O. Trek over to the tower side of this dune. If you are in the right place, the Provincetown airport runway lights will be at a bearing of 70O, the tower will be at a bearing of 120O, and the lighthouse will be at a bearing of 300O.

Step off 20 paces on a line just to the left of the tower. The Race Point Lighthouse Letterbox lies beneath a collection of stones nestled inside the beach shrubs.
